about community climate centre

community climate centre is a collaborative framework for collective learning and action in response to the climate emergency. it brings together communities, educators, and artists, to explore creative ways of building refusal, resilience and resistance.

adapting to each local context – from schools to libraries to public spaces – it supports workshops, assemblies, and shared tools that connect local practice to global networks, grounding the transition towards ecological and social justice in creativity, care, and collective joy.

community climate centre programme
the community climate centre (ccc) develops programmes that turn learning into collective action. through workshops, residencies, and assemblies, it supports communities, educators, and artists to imagine and build practical responses to the climate crisis. Each programme adapts to its local setting – a school, library, or community centre – connecting creative practice with everyday forms of care and resilience.

instead of a coercive institution the ccc is a cooperative organisation. communities, action groups, and individuals are invited to co-design activities, host events, and contribute knowledge. together we create spaces for repair, experimentation, and solidarity, linking grounded initiatives to a growing network of people working towards ecological and social transformation.
